Michele Coven Wolgel

Michele Coven Wolgel is an internationally recognized expert in the field of Citizenship for children born abroad to American citizens.
Ms. Coven Wolgel has been practicing Immigration and Naturalization Law for over 30 years, commencing with the law firm of Lebenkoff & Coven and continuing in Israel when she relocated there. She has been a member of the New York State Bar since 1984, and is also admitted to practice law in Israel.
Ms. Coven Wolgel works regularly with the Consular Offices in both Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, Israel. She has resolved difficult cases involving complex legal issues for her own clients in Israel and for clients of Bretz & Coven and of other immigration law offices in the United States.
She has a very high success rate in all of her dealings with applications to the Consulate, especially for filing for United States citizenship for children born outside of the United States. When dealing with Immigrant visas, Green cards cases filed in the United States, Ms. Coven Wolgel works closely with Bretz & Coven.
